Still no news of Piffin. The seats for this week’s Word Game were mostly filled with the comings and goings of unanswered questions. Chat was filled primarily with concern and uncertainty. In many cases this concern was just love looking for a reason to hope, but this editor is hearing notes of resignation, almost of despair, in recent chat and writing exercises
There will be time enough for grieving if the need arises, but it is disloyal to Piffin’s fight and her recovery not to believe in her while she lives. This is a shining star we are talking about. This is Piffin. We still wait for her return

Elissa is home. They released her this morning, after two days of monitoring off the ICU. She was in ICU up until Thursday morning. She requires much bed rest, so I can’t say when she will be back online, but things are finally moving in the right direction.
Elissa, and I, are thankful for your prayers and thoughts, as well as all the other people who have expressed concern. I will do my best to ensure she returns to you all sooner than later.
